Before I asked my daddy if he was interested in ddlg, I wanted to test his reaction to being called a similar name, so I called him papi a few times. It's a similar name but not something most people call their father so it doesn't have that same connection.

I've had the same issue...I've used papi (pronounced "poppy"), papi bear, Wolfie sir, or papi-1st name (ie, papi mike).

When I was with my daddy, I used to call him names like; sweet daddy, lollipop, papi, cowboy, emotional rock, love, dada, tootoo, sir, and so on so forth.

I call my CG Bahbee (pronounced Buh-Bee). It sounds similar to the Jewish way, you say Grandma but that’s what I’ve been calling him since we met 4 years ago.
