I made this on a medium-low heat using muenster, cheddar, ham, avocado, pepper, and thin sliced bread. I spread some mayo on the down side of the bread, and put them both on the heat with one slice of either cheese. I placed the ham in the pan while the bread toasted, browning it to allow for a fuller flavor. When the bread was golden I placed the ham and slices of avocado on, closing the sandwich afterwards. I may have stole a nibble from Daddy, and it may have been pretty good 3
