How could i punish my little Princess in person/online?

I have my ways of course, but i could use some tips from you  

 

and i also have another question.
If i like high heels, but my little doesnt like them that much, could i use that as a punishment for her to wear them for a while?

I suppose that could be a punishment, but the problem for that is two things, one she could get used to them and wear them without fuss and two if you want her to eventually like them using them as a punishment could have a negative effect and she may never wear them. There is also a forum I think over in caregivers that goes over punishments.
