PrincessLyra101202 Posted January 5, 2017 Report Posted January 5, 2017 I know as a little I tend to get insecure or nervous around some people because a lot of people don't understand being a little. so how do some of you battle the anxiety? What I have been doing is listening to music or I go into little space.

What works for me is being physically and mentally active enough during the day to tucker myself out by bedtime. It also helps if I follow a schedule and start relaxing or winding down for bed around 7. I've developed a night time routine to cue my body for sleep as well. If you keep casually trying different things, something or a combination of things is bound to work! But try not to freak out about failing to reach slumber (like I did), cause that does not enable sleep, trust me .
