Anyone else have certain pacifier prefrences?

I've actually had to suck a pacifier nearly all my life because I have bad anxiety, and I seem to only like a certain kind. The 0-6 month latex pacifiers by NUK. I've never liked the silicone ones. What sucks (hah) is that I have never found any cute pink or pastel ones that are latex, and all the custom ones on websites like etsy are silicone. I guess I'll have to stick with the ugly Green with red and Red with purple. :c

Hey! So is it the pacifier nipple you like or the shield? It is super easy to take any NUK nipple and put it inside any MAM shield! I've done it myself!

Oh the nipple is the only thing I need to have owo I don't mind what kind of shield it is, and really? I didn't know that!

Yes it's wonderful! Google modifying a MAM pacifier! Sooo awesome. You WILL break the Nuk shield in the process though. And be careful, as I stabbed my finger with a screwdriver when I did it myself while Daddy was at work.

No they don't... mine I use rarely when I have a lot of anxiety going on, so mine will last awhile... I can also only use mine for an hour or so because I have kids at home and I'm not wanting the questions asked and I'm terrified to sleep with it in for some reason.

I use mine quite often, since I still live with my parents and older sibling (hoping to get out of here soon haha but sadly, parents still have rule in alabama EVEN if you are 18 :c) they know about it so I just kinda do it when I feel. and I can't sleep without mine, which used to be really hard when I had sleepovers at friend's houses when I was younger

I wish I could use mine more... often I bite/suck on my little finger as it's discrete and easy for me to claim I was doing something else if the kids happen to see, which thankfully they haven't.
