princess-bell Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 Hello my wittle friends! Question! How do you fall asleep? What helps you? Do you have bedtimes and do you take naps during the day? I currently do not have bedtime so I stay up alot and without a nap I can get cranky!

A good habit I'm trying to get into is drinking some water then making piddles before hopping into bed and snuggling down into the blankies. Keeps you hydrated and less dry mouth feeling in the morning without needing to waddle to the potty in the middle of the night! I then keep lights and electronics to a minimum, so I'm usually reading a story with a dark background screen on my phone until I conk out. If I try to do something too engaging or interactive then I'll stay awake :c
splendabae Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 i try verrrrry hard to not nap, naps make me grumpy because i want to stay asleep. i cuddle with my cat before bed, if he lets me. smoking weed really helps me get sleepy. you should give yourself a bedtime, you dont have to be strict about it but it'll help you get into the routine of sleeping. i try to go to bed by 1130 because i usually have work early.
Guest Sillylittlelady Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 I watch a movie(for example minions) or listen to soft music and cuddle a stuffie it helps me out a bunch. I try to get to bed around 10-11. Oh hot coco(or any warm drink)helps also! I take naps if i really need it.
Antoinette Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 Okok, my bedtime routine goes a lil something like this. -Bathtime -Get dry/into sleep clothes (or no clothes - that helps me sleep a lot more tbh!) -Get into bed and talk to daddy for a while. -Lights off at 10:45 -Cuddle my new (huge) lion stuffy until I fall asleep :3
Guest Posted December 27, 2016 Report Posted December 27, 2016 My daddy has set my bed time for 11-12 but if I have his permission I can stay up later if I want. But I am starting to get used to going to bed sooner (like 10- 10:30) and I wake up early. I also take little naps here and there if I need it. I am a very tired person though (slowly laying off if caffeine) so the naps help me.

I'm in college right now and I live in a very loud dorm, it doesn't quiet down till around 12pm-1am so I'm normally awake till then. Sometimes I go to bed early if I have an exam or something like that. I also don't have classes until noon on most days and I take naps if needed, so I survive. On days that I stay in the dorm me and Daddy text until we have nighnights time. On days when I stay at Daddy's (which is more often than not) I go to bed whenever Daddy says to. We generally have nighnights before midnight when I stay at Daddy's house on the weekdays.
Magi Posted December 29, 2016 Report Posted December 29, 2016 (edited) I have to work early so I try really hard to keep a bedtime and get myself to sleep. I take a sleeping pill if I am not feeling really tired. I usually snuggle with something but while on punishment I can't.I am trying to cut out naps after work. They both help and hurt me a lot, it helps because I get to rest after a long day but hurt because it makes it harder to sleep at night if I don't do something inbetween.
