switchlittleloves Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 I don't really have much to say on this. I feel like the title says enough. I'm switch and recently broke up with my mommy/lg/etc. and I don't really know how to help myself heal from it.. especially as a little. I guess what I'm asking for is some ways that other people have dealt with their breakups in the past? Maybe this could spark a discussion that helps a lot of people. You never know, right?
Little_wolf114 Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 If you have a best friend that knows about you being into ddlg talk to them. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but believe me it helps. They might be able to help you and they just might support you. I hope that this helps
Guest littlevulcangirl Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 My last breakup was especially painful and I didn't look after myself properly afterwards. And I wanted to get over her quickly. But it was 6 months ago and it's still really painful sometimes. I guess it just takes time, and to be kind to yourself. I hope it gets easier for you soon
switchlittleloves Posted December 20, 2016 Author Report Posted December 20, 2016 Both of those answers are amazing. Thank you so much, seriously. It means a lot. I feel like I have a tiny family c:
Guest Moonpie Posted December 20, 2016 Report Posted December 20, 2016 Breakups suck. I would advise that you surround yourself with family and friends, do things you love doing. Have fun and always allow yourself to heal. I personally would need to cry it all out. Stay strong. 1

switchlittleloves Posted December 21, 2016 Author Report Posted December 21, 2016 Once again, thank you guys. I guess I should just try to be more open and focus on not shutting down the way I usually do during emotionally trying times. Especially since it's Christmas and I'm gonna get to see a lot of my family in a few days! I can already tell now that that's going to help a lot. Another thing that's always helped me is just having a normal conversation with a friend or family member. While something is going on I usually don't tell anybody and just allow them to help me without even knowing they're doing it.
