Snailkit, there are some great tutorials on YouTube in the cosplay section for wings and ears! I love that you're a wee batty :)

Hello there! I'm Snail, and I'm a little bat!

I was wondering if anyone has any petplay ideas to embrace my batty side? Like food charts or ideas of how to make ears+wings!

Hullo! I'm a kitten fox mix-a-ma-jig! I have a tail, but I don't have any ears or collars, which makes my heart a little bit sad. We'll have to invest in some!

Oh my gosh! This is what I am as well! n_n I have tails (one got ruined recently though.. RIP), and another one is coming in from some spontaneous online shopping. I have long natural nails, but not the creepy kind, and Daddy looooves when I use them. I also have ears that I enjoy wearing at home and in public, because people always give you the best looks. Oh and I always have orange or red hair.

At the moment I'm pining after a day collar that still resembles a collar but is subtle in the sense.. I can wear it to work, and only people who know would recognise what it is. Okay that makes sense to me hehe.

But yes! I am also a kitten/fox mix.

(Forgot to mention I'm covered in fox tattoos!)

Hello a new kitten here!!! Any advice for me? ^w^ Im kinda scared I might mess this up..... u.u

My nails are super duper weak, and peel or break all the time, so they don't survive long enough to be long. :(
Daddy and I looked at lotsa collars last night, which makes me happy! I'm just about finished with my teaching degree, so I wouldn't be able to wear anything like a kitty collar or ears out and about for reasons, but Daddy and I have talked about a locking chain that would resemble a necklace, and then we could change out the pendant, so it wouldn't be obvious. Something like this. http://www.etsy.com/listing/207942932/sterling-silver-discreet-day-collar?ref=shop_home_active_12

I want some kitty collars and ears for at home, though!

What do you mean by that? For me I don't have a "full animal pet mode" or whatever but when I am in pup space it's kind of just an extension to my little side and I can still talk

Oh well cub is one of my little sides , and hes part fox part human in some ways like for example hes a bit more animal in his behaviors, like when angry he growls or hisses when scared

I also made this food chart to help me get into a "space" of my own:

Hi all!

I'm really new to pet play (kitten play specifically) and I want to be more educated about it! I've told my boyfriend and he's really supportive (and also wants to be involved when I'm in my kitten space). Can anyone break down the basics for me? And, how can kittens wear collars but not be "collared", what does that mean?

xoxo

Oh my gosh! I am in hysterical laughter right now, because I was just so interested the types of pets and I came across bulls post about being a bull. I think it is so interesting and funny to know that there are so many different types and sizes of animals because I am a mouse myself. Squeak! How is being a bull different from being a kitten or pup or any other pet, in your opinion?

Also, to answer your question danicalkitten, I cannot break the basics of kitten play down for you, but I can for pet play. Pet play is a D/s relationship where the submissive, typically I have met dominate pets, goes into a pet like mindset. They will take on animal like traits. This can range from purring to playing with animal toys to using the bathroom outside. It is all about preference. For me personally, I go nonverbal, and can only communicate in squeaks and nibbling sounds. I drink from a bottle, and grab and eat things like an actual mouse would. I scamper on all fours and looooovvvvvvvvvvveeeeee to be on Daddy's lap, burrowed under two blankets.

Also, kittens can wear collars for show, anyone can. Being 'collered' is like getting married in the BDSM world, usually. It is a ceremony to show you are owned, just like a animal collar would for an actual animal. It can be private between you and your owner or you can invite people over. As far as the actual ceremony, you can do whatever you want. Daddy and I wrote out a list of oaths which we said, then I said my mantra, then he put the collar on me. Although this is what being collared usually means, their are training collars, consideration collars, and many more. I encourage you to do research.

From the very beginning of our relationship, Master and I both identified as kitties, it want until recently that we started exploring other animal personas. Sheeda-chan slipped up once and called me baby bear It made me feel really cute. And we were at the store and I was playing with puppy plushy toys, and he thought it was super adorable. I like to hear Master giggle when I do something he thinks is cute. It makes me really happy ❤❤

When in my pet headspace I usually either feel like a kitten or a little fox kit. Sometimes I feel puppy-ish but it's usually one of the first two. I love all the playful energy as well as the lazy affection of being a pet.

*waves hi*  i'm newish to pet play! I have always thought pet play was so cute!! I recently am really learning that I want to start trying pet play too!

I am a bunny, I really want to order a tail and ears and a collar just for bunny time! I love being petted on top of the head by my Daddy or kitty friend, I also can be a stubborn bunny that likes to get into trouble. I'm still kinda of figuring out stuff but I am glad to see this thread!

Anyone have ideas for cute bunny noises? I can't think of any!

No, I've tried all milk products and they all react badly with me and especially my skin #EczemaProblems

Is there any other drink with a milky consistency? Or white in colour that ANYONE knows of?

The worst part about not being able to have most dairy (and dairy alternatives) is that I used to love having ice-cream and milkshakes :c

FISH CRACKERS, we have those in Australia! And they are nom nom nommy.

I could do cereal for cat biscuits.

And maybe I could mash up some vegetables, and veggie patties for wet food.

OH OH, WHAT ABOUT THIS IDEA, for something sweet and wet, I could mix up some porridge-like foods, with berries (for a red colour).

What do you think, Sae? :3

Have you heard of "nice cream" its frozen bananas blended up with juice or other fruits! It has the same consistency of ice cream! You could always do that and then freeze the blended nice cream up in a fish ice cube mold! I do a lot of frozen banana ice cream with a mango juice because I have problems with dairy too.

Oh let me jump in here with a great and super easy non-dairy ice cream recipe. I just made another batch of this and it's killer. The trick is to make it on coconut cream. This is SUPER good for you to eat, and is very non toxic. In fact there are an awful lot of things in coconut cream that are really great for you - medium chain triglycerides and so on - and it's often found in cosmetics for that reason. The finished thing doesn't taste very coco nutty at all!

* Pour out one can of coconut cream (or you can make your own from coconut milk). Just look out that no sugar or preservatives are added. Should be almost zero carb.

* Add a pinch of salt

* add 1tbs of your artificial sweetener of choice

* add some vanilla seeds and 1/2 tbs of vanilla extract

* a dash of olive oil

* stir it all together and then add more vanilla extract to taste, bearing in mind that very cold things taste *less* sweet, so it's a good idea to err on the side of sweetness (as with life - AWW).

That's it. Put it in an ice cream maker and off you go, or just freeze but you will lose some fluffiness that way.

So that's just for pure vanilla. Here's my favorite of choice. You know how the milk after cereal tastes the best? So soak your cereal of choice in the coconut cream for a few hours, strain it out, and then make it thataway. Cornflake or whatever flavoured icecream. Nutella is also good, but there goes the non-dairy veganness of this.

Enjoy!

Kitten here :) Was reading these posts & realized my current partner probably doesn't realize what he's in for! My last relationship was with another little who also has/loves cats, so kitteny behaviour between us was very normal & not odd at all! Guess I'll need to out myself in a couple of ways...

I love being in my Kitten Space. I'm usually cheery and I love to cuddle and play, as when I'm not in my kitten space, I'm often grumpy and such... My boyfriend LOVES claiming me as his kitten, and I could only imagine he loves me more when I'm in my kitten space, LOL. I love wearing collars, tails and ears! It makes it all the more enjoyable! I just wish I had more kitten/pet friends, though. It's sometimes difficult when you want to talk about something concerning petplay, and you have to keep it to yourself because A. they think it is weird or B. they are rude about it.

A friend just gave me a kitteny nickname which is pretty cool, but I will need to work on opening up about this aspect. Since that part of me came out with a previous partner it can be painful for me. But I recently outed myself as a little to this friend, so here's to being known and accepted! :)
