Wanted: Crochet patterns

I have been looking everywhere for crochet paatterns for making cute, unigue things. I found one pattern for a shark hat and did that. But now I want to make something cute, like a stuffie, or maybe an animal type toilet seat cover, things to put around the house that are cute in general. Any websites with stuff like this would be helpful. Im still a bit of a newbie, so detailed patterns are prefferred. I know what all the crochet abreviations mean, so that will work. I also have a book that tells me everything I need to know about reading patterns. Now all I need are the patterns! Thank you so much in advence!!! Edited December 18, 2016 by ImHisPrincess

You are speaking my language!! I am a HUGE crocheter! LOL - my brother tells me that I am like an 80 year old grandmother.  

 

Going off of the shark hat theme, there are some great crochet patterns for shark socks and a shark snuggly thing (sorry I have lost all my words now)... you know it is like a long sleeping sac that looks like a shark is swallowing you.

 

Some good sites for free crochet patterns are Ravelry and all-free crochet.  Yarn companies like Red Heart and LionBrand have good free crochet patterns on their websites.  The best thing about these sites is that you can search by yarn weight, or how easy or hard a pattern is rated at.

 

There are other crocheters on here that post their finished products in the Creative Corner section of the forum.  You should go check them out - we have some very talented and creative people on here!

 

I hope to see some of your finished products on here too one day!
