I recently ordered a paci online and am wondering if/how you guys sterilise them?

I read online that people put them in boiling water for a few minutes or put them in the microwave, but I have plans to glue cute little things onto it and am worried the glue may melt :(

Are sterilising wipes designed for baby bottles and pacifiers okay to use by themselves? I know bacteria on pacifiers is a worry for young babies but I'm wondering if I have to worry as much?

What do you guys do? Thank you! :)

An alcohol swap would do the trick. Just let it dry before putting it back in your mouth

I use alcohol wipes too. Don't forget to wip where the two pieces meet and the part of the paci that covers the lips. :)

I know you've already gotten your answers, but if you use a high-heat glue gun to glue the decorations on,you should be able to boil it no problem you probably only need to boil it for like a minute to sterilize it. I recommend this one ( https://www.amazon.com/Surebonder-H-195-Mini-Detailed-Glue/dp/B00IA8WLQA )because it has an extra fine "detail" tip so you don't get gobs of molten glue all over the place. It is extremely hot, so I don't recommend using it while in little space if you get clumsy.
