Julianne Posted December 1, 2016 Report Posted December 1, 2016 So I'm wondering, how much does your little side influence your personal style and habits? Is your little side knfluencing your choices besodes things you especially buy for your little side. For example I always buy children's yoghurt, because it's the one I like best. Also my bedding is actually directly from botterbarnkids. Not why because I wanted to buy something for my little side, but because i liked it. Do you ckeck out the children department out, if you think you can get away with buying it for regular use? This question is probably more for those of you, thst aren't living in an dd/lg relationship.
MilkyUsagi Posted December 1, 2016 Report Posted December 1, 2016 Well I always let my little side decide when I but clothes or decorations or when I act with daddy obvsly, but also when I act with people I look childish and I do it basically, just when the argument is serious or about my nursing profession or when I have to be whise I become "adult" I found a very special equilibrium between both sides and so people saw the entire of me without thinking I'm weir, only special
KumihoDoll Posted December 1, 2016 Report Posted December 1, 2016 I would say my 'little side' influences a lot of what I buy and how I act. Even before knowing I was a little I would buy kigurumis, plushies, figurines, coloring books, stickers, and was in love with cute clothing. My friends have similar style/taste, or don't really care to comment on it. I might get a 'Omg, you're so weird' from friends who don't have the same taste, but they don't linger on it, and we move past. Even with those friends we end up spazzing over a Disney movie, or a onesie at a store. With some friends I will loudly make sound effects and squeak over everything. With others I might melt from a cute picture and get excited, but not squealing about it. My friends might agree, or just laugh at how excited I am. I tend to overreact and be very animated. With work I stay professional when I need to, but I mean we have Nerf guns all around the place. I feel like the work environment I have to be in is a 'work hard and play hard' feel to it. I feel like I have a good balance when around certain people, public, or working. A lot of people find it cute or 'quirky'.
Guest QueenJellybean Posted December 1, 2016 Report Posted December 1, 2016 Literally everything I own, wear, eat, watch, listen to, read and nearly all the choices I make. For me, I am always simply who I am. I don't really have a space that I go into anymore because I'm pretty much the same in small space as I am in big space, except sometimes my voice changes. (Lol.) But before I knew what this community was, I was still me. Weird, quirky, obsessed with Disney, and teased for eating a lot of food aimed for children, but just me. That's the way I've always been. I find that when people look at me strangely, it's more in an inquisitive one than anything else. Some people clearly wish they felt they have the freedom to choose like I do, but I try to make it clear that they /do/. I tend to reply to stuff like "Is that for you?" with something like "I am a literal child, it is absolutely for me." Usually, they just smirk, but most often I get responses like "Wow! I think that's cool!" 1
Guest Daddy'sShyKitten Posted December 1, 2016 Report Posted December 1, 2016 (edited) Personally, my little side doesn't really affect my style and other things. Little me likes to wear fuzzy socks and bundle up in fuzzy blankets and a teddy, but Big me wears black skinny jeans, band t-shirts and does assassination quests on Skyrim lol But, then again, I have a My Little Pony flag hanging in my room, and my bed sheets have hearts on them. Plus, when I go shopping I'll occationally buy bright, colorful candies that make me feel little. I guess it really depends on the person. Edited December 1, 2016 by Daddy'sShyKitten
Lil' Miss Dolly Posted December 2, 2016 Report Posted December 2, 2016 My little side pretty much invades most of what I do but I have a Daddy who refuses to let me decorate our room in unicorns and princesses so I am limited Daddy gives me $50 a month to take to the Dollarama or whatever and just blow it on stuff for my little space so that kinda satisfies my cute fix most of my clothes are cute little things too but that's always kinda been my style.
