Hello everyone! I am a new little. I do not have a daddy, and I would say that I am taking care of myself very well without one. However, the last few weeks, I have refuses to regress into my little space because of things that I have needed to do. I noticed that I was aggressive and just angry for those few weeks. Then, I let myself regress, and I was fine when I did so. My question is, why would I be aggressive so much because I didn't regress?

I think, maybe its cos little space is a really good stress relief, or escape, from real life issues. When you didnt get in your little time, the real world stuff just probably built up and started to get to you.

Hope that makes sense.

We, as people all have differant parts that make us us. To quote shrek people are onions, we have many layers to us.

It could be that when you didn't go into your little state despite needing/wanting to you were denying yourself that happiness and comfort in it this leading you to have a heightened aggression due to fighting with yourself internally.

It's important to set aside time for you to de-stress and find your little state to keep yourself happy. You need a good balance in life between things you have/need to do and what makes you happy.

Sorry for the long answer x

When your Little is not allowed to play it creates frustration, this comes out in different ways depending on your needs, yours comes out as aggression. Mine in mistakes. Good catch in allowing your Little dome air time.

The world is to messed up and we all need our escapes yours is your little space.  It is just like sleep if you dont get sleep your body and brain can not recharge.  If you dont get your little time your mind and soul can not relax.
