Hi,

So I struggle with depression and anxiety a while now.

I see a therapist and I am kinda better. But lately something happened and I feel down and sad and my anxiety really kicks in.

Usually when I was sad and anxious I could easy go into littlespace and that really helped me.

But this time I just can't.

I tried to play with my stuffies, watch cartoons with my paci on and color but I couldn't get into littlespace.

I am super woried that I'll never be able to feel little again :/

I understand what you mean about depression and anxiety. Whatever it is that happened is something that you have to get over or work through. That might be part of your problem. Sometimes it hits so hard that everything else in life becomes hard too. But you know that. I'm just saying, if you can work through your problem then you'll likely be able to slip into being carefree again. It's just eating at you.

I'm sorry I can't really help.. But I wanted you to know that you aren't alone in that aspect.

Lovessssss, Piper.

There has only been a few times when depression has hit me so hard that I can't get in to little space. Oftenly crying has helped me back on track because crying relases all the emotions I have held back for so long, once they have been out I could easily go in to littlespace again and just be happy. However if it was something that I could actually deal with and work with then I did that, sure it was a pain in the butt but once it was all over I could enter littlespace once again. Not sure if this will help you at all, but that's my experience. Hope you feel better soon

I've been crying a lot lately but it didn't helped

I should probably try to work with it because it's something that I've been avoiding for a lot time now

Thank you soo much ^_^

I have a really hard time finding little space when I am anxious too. PTSD is terrible. :(

Sometimes taking a bath works for me. Imagine almost shedding your grown-up-ness and washing some of the hurt away. I don't know if you struggle with any self harm but scrubbing with a kiddie scrubbie or washcloth can help sooth those cravings also. Then of course have some tub toys available. Hang out. Splash around for a while. If you have a Daddy have him brush your hair after. If not you can braid it yourself and get into some snuggly fuzzy jammies after!

All around it tends to help calm me down. <3 Hope it helps
