Help! My daddy is working all the time and I don't know what to do. I'm so stressed out that I can't go into Little Space.

Daddy and I both work, and as Daddy says... Daddies need to work. I know it's stressful but try not to stress and do your favorite things. If you don't already have one ask your Daddy to make you a task chart to keep busy.

I'll talk to him about that, I live with my mom who's very abusive towards me. Like tonight for example she threw my kids plastic bowls at me because they get under the couch. Because there was some dirt on the floor and a few toys. I can't exactly go into little space. And the depression has just gotten worse.

You have your children in that environment? I truly am NOT judging you when I say this.... but PLEASE get out ASAP... this isn't just your safety and mental health that is at risk, but I assure you it will do damage to your children, as well. I understand that you may not have options right now, and clearly I don't have all the story, but I encourage you to seek low cost housing in your area, and if she ever harms your children please do not be afraid to seek legal help.

I am here if you need someone to talk to. Please be cautious.

Oh nos!! Not good! Daddy and I both work too (though i work with kids so its not quite a Big job) and it can be really frustrating and lonely when Daddy has to work long hours. Try getting out of the house - maybe go to a park or just on a walk. It can help calm down an anxious mind and takes the pressure off yourself from not being able to get into Little Space.

I dont know if you live in the states or not, but if you do, I work for Medicaid funded program in Virginia so have some contacts and resources I could pass on to you if you need help getting out of the situation with your mother. It does not sound safe or healthy for you or the kiddos. <3

I can try those. I live in the states but not in Virginia. I'm in Florida.

Check out www.fcadv.org or call 1-800-500-1119. That is the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence. Try them first. They can either help or guide you in the right direction.

You can also call 800-962-2873. That is the Florida Department of Children and Families.

If you need anything else I'm always happy to help. ❤️
