I think the less expensive choice could be to go for a leotard ? ... kind of Dance shirt with snap crotch ...

You can also maybe Buy a Shirt with motif you like but too long...  and modify it with Snap crotch ..  you would need to have basic skills in "couture" ..

If not long enough...maybe buy 2 shirts (not expensives) and use the second one for the fabric to modify the first...

Man us Americans just love our Walmarts lol While they don't carry actually onies in adult sizes they do tend((here lately in years)) to carry onies jammies and footie jammies in adult sizes. People tend to confuse Onies with Onies Jammies when they are different. lol I got my pair of Hello Kitty footie jammies there a few years ago. Walmart does have a website that people can order off of. However I don't know if they will ship out of country.

 

Man I wish Walmart carried adult sized onies! I want a onies sooo freaken badly! So thank you for asking this lol I never knew about LittleForBig. Totally bookmarked that store! lol
