If you upload your photo to photobucket, there's an editor you can use once it's loaded into your gallery. From there you can resize your picture according to pixels. Since the forum recommendation is 200px I would keep it around 200 pixels by 200 pixels. 

 

I'm not very computer savvy either, but this is how I typically solve that problem. Maybe someone will have a better solution for you.
