Aaleayha Posted November 10, 2016 Report Posted November 10, 2016 I have to admit the past two nights have been really scary. I'm super tired. I've cried a couple times. I definitely wanted to curl up against my best friend and hide. My friend has been really great since I don't have a daddy or mommy to hold me.But it made me wonder how everyone deals with this? What are some tricks you have when you feel super sad and in your littlespace? What are some things that makes you feel much better?
ruthy0103 Posted November 10, 2016 Report Posted November 10, 2016 I have some days that I feel like that as well, and to me it is a super strange feeling because I used to be a super happy person; what is really helping me out through this is a journal, that I keep to myself and do whatever I want with it, either write a story, a fantasy of mine, my feelings and why I might be feeling like that ( it is okay to be sad for no reason sometimes I think), or just doodle. I also paint with some crayons or cuddle up with stuffies and look at something silly on the tv. I hope this helps you, I don't want anyone to feel like this ever.
Aaleayha Posted November 10, 2016 Author Report Posted November 10, 2016 Aww yeah! I like art too! Lots of doodling and coloring. Making pretty things tends to help me forget the bad stuff. I have a journal but I always forget to write in it. I gotta make it a habit for it ta stick really good.

I like to wrap myself in a soft blankie and cuddle with a stuffie. I will pamper myself with a hot chocolate with little mini marshmallows. Anything that will comfort me and make me feel loved! 1

Watch some of your favorite movies! Try some arts and crafts. The best thing you can do is have someone to talk to 1

Yeah I've been doing lots of stuff. Whatever I can get my hands on and my mind quiet.

I'm pretty lucky to have a few friends who not only are great shoulders but they know about my littlespace now too! makes it easier to talk to them.
