Guest BubblyKitten25 Posted November 3, 2016 Report Posted November 3, 2016 I am on a ridiculous sleeping schedule. I stay up all night and most of the morning and fall asleep about 9-10 o'clock and wake up about 4-5. I tried staying up 24 hours even went to work wide awaken drank some coffee to keep myself awake. I ended up falling asleep at 10 the next morning. It's a viscous cycle that'll never end.
Antoinette Posted November 3, 2016 Report Posted November 3, 2016 You should see a doctor about it. Also, don't drink coffee - it's not good for your body in general. Opt for a fruit smoothie or something with natural sugars in instead, it gives you more energy without the crash and has nutritional benefits. You could try gradually to improve your sleeping schedule. I wouldn't say you're near an insomniac level (although, I am also not a doctor, so don't quote me), but I would say it's probably not healthy the way you're behaving in order to keep yourself awake and whatnot. So your course of action should be to: 1) Make a doctor's appointment to talk about health and sleep. 2) Opt for healthier choices aside from coffee 3) Healthier overall lifestyle. Now number three may need an explanation. I have no idea what your diet or exercise routine is like, so I have no right to comment there. But, what I do have to say is that if your diet is good nutritionally and you exercise a good amount of times a week then you will be less likely to become susceptible to things like insomnia or bad sleeping patterns. Just a thought (:
