LittleMissChino Posted November 1, 2016 Report Posted November 1, 2016 Hey everyone I'm pretty new to the ddlg scene as I just admitted to my daddy that I was a little. So I need a little help, what is the best sippy cup? Also where is the best place to buy little things in the uk?
Guest QueenJellybean Posted November 1, 2016 Report Posted November 1, 2016 I would suggest trying Amazon for just about anything. Even though I'm in the US, I know the UK one has great stock. Also, I highly suggest Dr. Brown's for both pacifiers and sippies, but that's just me. NUK is great too, for more baby bottle types.
Guest Little_lexiii Posted November 2, 2016 Report Posted November 2, 2016 Honestly, I got my paci at Walmart. I got a Nuk brand and got one of the biggest ones I could find. They're classified in months for babies, so just get the biggest one. They come in cute designs. Mine has a fox on it. I got my sippy cup from Walmart as well!
LittleMissChino Posted November 2, 2016 Author Report Posted November 2, 2016 I may have to go to asda it's the uks Walmart thank you so much for the help I'm finding it kind of hard not to be embarrassed about buying things
CrazyLittleBuggaBoo Posted November 2, 2016 Report Posted November 2, 2016 I may have to go to asda it's the uks Walmart thank you so much for the help I'm finding it kind of hard not to be embarrassed about buying things Nuk is my favorite brand. But it doesn't really matter to me, I use a lot of brands cause different brands have different cute things. I just shop at any old shop that has them, even baby stores. Don't feel embarrassed about buying anything! It's not like they are going to know who you are buying things for, and will assume it's for a child you know. You don't have to tell them that your buying for yourself and 95% of the time no one will bother asking who you are buying for. After all it is none of their business. And it's none of their business, it's your life so do what makes you happy :3 If someone does happen to ask, you can ether ignore them, tell them it's for some child you know((i.e friend's kid, sister's kid, your kid, even if you don't actually know one)) or be brave and have fun trying to freak them out by saying your a freak like that while being weird/funny about it. But trust me, most people won't bother asking.
PrettyLittlePrincessAlison Posted November 2, 2016 Report Posted November 2, 2016 I get most of my stuff off Amazon or Etsy and occasionally in the stores Wallmart or Target. My favorite cups are Tervis cups (they're like socially acceptable adult sippy cupa) and the Munchkin Miracle 360 cups. Thermos also has a good selection of straw cups if thats what you're looking into. The Tervis, thermos, and munchkin cups are a little more $$ than your average sippy but they will hold up for longer. I personally dont use pacis or traditional sippy cups because i just dont like having things in my mouth for a long time and have a very sensitive gag reflex (i have never sucked my thumb or used a paci even as an infant).
Maggie1989 Posted November 13, 2016 Report Posted November 13, 2016 I got mine at Walmart. It's a Nubby with the silicone nipple. My Favorite!!! I also bought a hello kitty Nuk one that I love too. For some reason I love the soft silicone better that the hard plastic.
Dumbledork'sPrincess Posted November 14, 2016 Report Posted November 14, 2016 I'm a UK little. Two sets of my pacis came from Tesco, one set from Boots. One sippy up came from a shop when I was in holiday in Devon, another from Blackpool Pleasure Beach and my third from a shop in Warrington called Smiggle
Waywardlittle Posted December 1, 2016 Report Posted December 1, 2016 Asda do a range of tommee tippee cups, they are non spill and hold a lot. the one I really wanted which was purple with a lemur on had a straw top so I brought their pink cup with a sippy lid, and swapped them (they are all interchangeable!) so now I have the perfect custom sippy
