Ideas for my little corner?

Hello! my daddy got his new apartment and now I will stay with him more often! so I was looking at the guests room that he wanted to make his room and he said I can make a little corner near the radiator cause the roof is too low for him to reach and I can curl up there and do stuff instead! any ideas? *O*  I just attached a mia and me poster and two clothes hangers

Is the room bright in the day? If so get some of those glow in the dark stars and just stick them everywhere you're allowed. They glow at night too, keeping monsters away.

well it has little windows so yours is a very good idea! even in daylight there's not much light in there ,w, thank you! *O* I will find them!

Such a lucky little with a wonderful Daddy.

 

Lights-I am a big fan of twinkle lights. You attach them with removable tape that doesn't leave a mark.

There is no right/perfect way to put them up. They look the best when they look like they are floating.

 

Desk-There are cute lap desks/tables so you can sit on the floor and color, crafts.

 

Storage- Also, I really like the decorated boxes you can find in craft stores to hold your craft stuff.

Choose another small one for your sweets and snacks.

 

Music and video If you don't have them already, make youtube playlists of your favorite little songs so you

will have music to listen to. Make a playlist of your favorite anime, cartoons...to watch while in little space.

such cute ideas!! thank you! I will take my mother's Ipad for netflix and maybe I will use my phone for some music! *O* I will try to find that tape for walls cause I don't want to ruin the paint twt I was thinking of putting blankets on the floor (after I wash it!) and pillows!

You could get lots of big pillows and soft blankies to put on your bed or on the floor for when you color or watch movies. And also you could put up all your cute drawings on the wall if your daddy lets you.

maybe I can combine the puzzle mat and blankets to make the pavement softer *O* for now I got: 

 

• -Glow in the dark stars and moon
• A box with kitties to put my stuff
• A lamp to hang on the wall for some light
• Halloween twinkle lights
• All my stationery <3

 

I need some pillows and I'm going to buy a unicorn plush and I will bring Dakota with me <3 (my bear from  B.A.B )

Fairy lights are amazing! As well as putting them on the wall, you can wrap them around things (I've had mine wrapped around a big pot plant, my bed frame etc). They look magical and really princessy if you put them behind some chiffon type fabric/curtain too.

 

Other than that, a cute blankie and pillows like someone else said, so you can cuddle up and feel cosy :3 maybe a cute nightlight? It gets dark early this time of year, so if you wanted to cuddle up in your little corner watching netflix or something it might be nice to have a cute little nightlight there!

You could get a little canopy and hang it where you'd like your main spot to be, wrapping the fairy lights over it would be really pretty though I don't know if it'd be too tall?

But you could frame pictures that you colored or drew or printed from your favorite artists, and then get plastic flowers with the wire stem and bend them so you can rest the flowers above the photo frame and the stem would be behind it and you wouldn't see them. There are also hanging pompoms or puff balls you could hang around. And on the string for either pompoms or fairy lights you could paint clothes pins in your favorite colors and use them to pin photos onto the string with. I tried that but with the color swatches you can get from places like home depot, I picked my favorite colors.

I'd also suggest getting a cushioned footstool, I've seen some that open up and you can use it as storage, a table, and something to lean on. Or just a storage box and putting pillows on it.

maybe I can put them around me or near the radiator, they light up with batteries and not with the electric plug! ewe I have a starry Blankie that daddy got me and I love it! It's so magical!  And I have a Nightlight that turns on when it gets dark, but I don't know if I have a power point there ;w; I should buy one with batteries or maybe a self lighting lamp! like the pusheen lamp! *___* CHECKING!

yeah that would be a great idea! maybe I can turn the little tent to the wall with the stars so it looks like a little camping! I just bought puzzle carpet so I can put it on the floor *O*  I bought a box to put my stuff in and I have that cabinet on the right that I can use to put more boxes! thank you for your ideas! when I'll finish I'll show you all my result!

Wow! Your corner is so awesome!!! The smurfs rug thingy is my favorite. What's the blue on your wall. It looks like a sippy cup? I'm on my phone which makes everything teeny tiny. No matter your corner is envy worthy. Turned out beautiful.

I found the smurfs sheet in a wardrobe in the new house that maybe was of the older owners! and the blue bucket is modeling clay daddy got me <3

I'd add a pretty sheer curtain so I could feel like I was in my own little world. With stuffies and a blankie and pretty stickers. I like to color so I'd keep a color book and crayons, and I'd add sparkles!!
