The irony of this thread is astounding. You came to the table asking for advice on how to help your little feel less suspicious of you so you can have trust in your relationship, and instead, everyone tells you to be suspicious of her.

 

Although it's good to be cautious in a new relationship, it's also important for both of you to get to know each other well enough to be able to trust each other. There can be lots of bumps in the road especially when its a long distance relationship.

 

I hope you don't take all of these narrow minded responses to heart.

 

The only narrow minded response in this thread is yours. His little raises huge red flags, and it's our duty to point them out to him. The "likelihood that she's underage" is pretty high given everything DHocks has described about her. We can't always be optimistic and assume the best in every situation; sometimes people need to be warned about potential abusive behaviour and the fact that they may be talking to a child.

 

I would put this relationship on hold for now DHocks. Trust is the most important thing in a DD/lg relationship, and it's clear that there's very little trust here. You should take some time to get to know each other. It's probably not a good idea to get into an online DD/lg relationship until you've Skyped properly (voice chat with webcam) though.
