AmmyDoll Posted October 26, 2016 Report Posted October 26, 2016 Heylo! *waves*I've always felt Little, but it's only been in the last year that I've realised there is a lifestyle and community that matches how I feel! I've slowly been explorings everything buts waiting until I'm ready to finds a Daddy. I hads to move back in with my mother when my last relationship broke down a couple of years ago so I can'ts be open abouts it, it's not that kind of household. Apart from a million stuffies and colouring books, I donts have much else to spoil myself when I'ms in Little space. Not even the oh-so-adorable outfits! I'm also quite poor and in debt so I can'ts spoil myself to the amazing stuffs! There aren'ts any cheap UK based Little stores that I've found yet. And I'm worrieds about packages arriving anyway as my mother will just lecture me about finances.. (Am 26 and stills worry of her judgement.. )Trying to hides it makes it awkward as well.. I soooo wanted to buy myself a paci yesterday because I was feeling so icky, but couldn't bring myself to pick one up on the shelf and buy it! It's so frustratings! I just wants proper Little space time.. Any UK Littles know of the bestest and cheap places to gets stuff here? (Saves money on postage!)Ands to every Little.. How dids you starts allowing yourself to be comfortables buying stuffs from stores? How do you gets the best out of Little space time with limited Little stuffs?I'm sorry I rambled and sorry if it doesn't make much sense! *blushes*
Guest Daddy's☆treasure Posted October 26, 2016 Report Posted October 26, 2016 Hi AmmyDoll! i'm sorry you can't express your little side as much as you would like. i am in the same position here and whilst i can't offer you any information on the stores in the UK, i can tell you how i handle my little side here at home where i live with my parents who are sick (i take care of them). i don't actually get the chance to go out anymore, but when i did i would sometimes buy little things but purchase them when i knew i needed to buy other stuff (even things like grocceries) and just hide them in other bags so when brought home, there was no question as to what i had purchased. When buying them i sometimes would feel a little shy about it, but for all they know you could be buying it for a friend, family member or anybody! Also, i hide all my little things in a box (yep there's not much it pretty much stands alone in one box) and store it in the cupboard tagged with an unsuspecting title. Perhaps you could keep your little stuff neatly packed away and label it old books or some such? i just get my stuff out when i can which is usually once my parents go to bed (pretty much the only time i have to myself and where they can't see what i'm doing and make judgement). I also watch a lot of cartoons and things on my laptop or phone with my headphones and nobody is the wiser. i don't have all the little things i would love to have right now and i don't have much time to actually get out my colouring books and stickers and such and play around and just be "little", but i know that one day soon i will have that freedom so i just try to remember that it won't always be this way. Same with you, too! Hope this helped and take care!
MisterMomo Posted October 26, 2016 Report Posted October 26, 2016 Hi! I hope your finances will get better soon. For the idea of buying stuff for you, I do it thinking Im shopping for my cousin.. or a fictive kid. No one will know it is for you. Buying toys or a binkie is simple... trying to buy an adult diaper this is not as easy ... Even for toys or a pacifier, local shop is more quiet than with shipping if your mother is there. I ordered like 10 things on aliexpress.. paid 5$ each... but with all the packages coming in... seems that I bought too many things. Even mommy told me "no more internet buying for now".. and we can afford it. Maybe you can look into your finances and find 10 or 20$ ... then shop with that number in mind and try to get the best of it. Have a nice day!
Dumbledork'sPrincess Posted October 26, 2016 Report Posted October 26, 2016 When I buy stuff in shops I do ot with an air of 'screw you'. People in the shop and at the tills don't know who you're buying for. At 26 you could be buying for your own child
AmmyDoll Posted October 26, 2016 Author Report Posted October 26, 2016 Thankyou so much guys! A secret box sounds like a great idea! When I was going to buy the paci yesterday I thought I would buy other stuff with it so it'd be hidden, 'cept I didn't need anything else! And I can'ts afford to buy randoms just for a Paci *giggles*I so wish I could have more little time! I think that's where this is stemming from! I can sit with cartoons and colouring but.. it's not enough! Heheh!Another thing, which goes with Dumbledork's comment, is that I have a lot of social anxiety, and have lived in this town all my life so.. it's.. awkward.. to just walk into a shop to get one.. Thankyou guys for taking time to comment! I'm so glads it's not just me that struggles with getting that Little space sorted! Thankingyee all muchly!

Hmmm, even if you did buy other stuff with a pack you wouldn't be able to hide it because the cashier would have to scan it anyway. Maybe, if anyone asks, say your friend from out of town is having/had had a baby and you're getting them some gifts?
Guest Cloud9Dreamer Posted October 27, 2016 Report Posted October 27, 2016 i bought some bath toys and sippy cups the other day, and i just made up a story about how a friend of mine was having a baby, but when i bought my teething toys, i really didn't care what the cashier thought. I want these toys, I'mma get em! stuffies, though, I get every year on Easter as part of a family tradition, so I have all those saved up, as well as some I've bought from zoos and random stores that sell stuffies. I have a few cute clothes, but i don't really go out enough to wear them, so i get cute underwear! doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, you want those toys and clothes, honey, get em!
AmmyDoll Posted October 27, 2016 Author Report Posted October 27, 2016 Thankyou so much!! I guess it's a confidence thing! I actually have an appointment in the city tomorrow so I'm thinking of being brave and treating myself! Fingers crossed!! *giggles*
