I lost my daddy and sister sub and I'm scared

I've been in a triangle relationship for a while and recently we've lost all contact :/ I keep trying to contact them and they don't seem to care. We were living together for a long time and I had to move away due to unfortunate circumstances. Ever since I left, I've felt alone. Recently, I moved back in the area and I'm still all by myself. I broke it off today (with no response) and I'm just so upset and having anxiety attacks over what went wrong. I don't understand why I'm not important to daddy anymore. I feel like a lost puppy. I can't sleep, I've been laying in bed for hours trying to sleep and it's just impossible. I don't know what to do.

This is really terrifying, and arguably has nothing to do with polyamory at all and everything to do with your partners being neglectful people and pretty obviously ghosting you. 

 

Both of which, I'm terribly sorry for. 

 

Something we have to remember sometimes is that not everyone in the world thinks the way that we do. It's an awful truth, but even when you've gotten someone figure out (or so you think), they can surprise you. Sometimes, they surprise us in good ways, but other times it's in a way like this that leaves us wondering what we've done wrong. However, the honest truth is this: this has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. 

 

It's easy to blame ourselves when we're the victim, but you've done nothing wrong here. They are treating you terribly, and even though it hurts right now, soon you'll be able to hold your head up and high and realize that you are better off without them in your life. You don't want people who have no issue just cutting off all communication. 

 

It hurts now, but it won't forever. I'm glad you reached out for support. You'll find a lot here. <3
