Something you could do with Daddy...get him to get you a canvas and then tape it off in a pattern or help you do it and then paint it however you want...go crazy!!! Remove the tape and voila an awesome geometric pattern. You could also do it on fabric :) it looks super super awesome

Oh I have so many ideas. If you like glitter slime - it really isn't that slimy once you finish. You'll need

1 tsp borax - from the detergent isle. Dissolve it in 1/2 cup of very hot water.

1/2 cup of glitter glue dissolved in a 1/2 cup of hot water.

Mix the two cups together and stir until it forms a glob. Knead it until most if the stickiness is gone. Store in a baggie.

If you wet it then squeeze it shoots across the room. You can bounce it when it is a bit dryer. I even blew bubbles with mine then popped them like by SMASHING with my hand. Careful it can get caught in your hair and stick to fuzzy clothing :(.

Spider webs!

3 popsicle sticks
Glue or glue dots
Yarn - 3-4 arm lengths
Cute bugs/spiders or spider rings

1.Glue the popscile sticks together so the ends stick out like bike spokes.
2. Leaving a tail for hanging. tie one end of the yarn in a knot at the center.
3. Loop the yarn through all tthe spoke going across the middle. Once done start your pattern.
4. Pattern - starting at the base loop over the top of each spoke twice. One time completely around the spoke, the second time cross over the top to get to the next spoke. Loop the next spoke fully around 1x then cross over the top to meet the next spoke. Keep going working your way up to the end of your sticks. Tie a tight knot to finish it off.

5.Tuck your spider ring between the webbing when you are done.

To make it extra pretty you can put down newspaper give your web a light coat of spray on glue then sprinkle on glitter!!

If you want to hang your web. That tail you left can be used. Leading it up one spoke as you wrap around that one make it hang straight. Leaving it loose will have it hang tilted downwards.

Bathtub Playdough!!

1/4 cup Bubble Bath – I like to use a more natural product with no additional scents (we add essential oils to create our own scents), but you can use your favorite bubble bath.
1/2 – 3/4 cup Corn Starch (varies slightly based on your bubble bath type)
1 tsp Coconut Oil – You can substitute sweet almond oil or grape oil, but we always have coconut oil in the house, so that’s the easiest for us. You can also leave out the oil if you wish, and simply increase the bubble bath a bit. It is so dry where we live, the oil really helps my son’s skin. It also gives the play dough a much smoother, silkier feel.
Essential Oils – optional
Coloring – optional

In a bowl mix together the bubble bath, essential oils and coloring (if you want uniform coloor leave it until later for a marble effect). Melt the coconut oil in the microwave if it’s solid, then add that to the bowl.

Finally, add the corn starch. Start with 1/2 cup and mix it in, if it doesn’t pull together add another 1/4 cup of corn starch and continue mixing. As you mix it will pull together into a nice, solid ball. Start kneading with your hands to really mix it all in. This is a great activity for the kids to do.

There may be some extra corn starch left in the bowl, that is fine. Simply discard it.

If you wanted the marble effect, add the coloring now to your bubble bath play dough, or leave it creamy white for a beautiful, natural finish.

(from Steam Powered Family)

Bathtub FingerPaints!

Combine cornstarch, shampoo, and food coloring. Add water 1/2 a tablespoon at a time until the mixture is thick. If it gets too runny, add more cornstarch, too thick, add more water.
