I also get hurting jaw at morning. And my teeth are flat because of so much grinding. And yes I do think my paci helps. I feel like I can't even purposely grind if I wanted to if paci is between my teeth even a bit. I use a baby one. The ones that are meant for older babies not the first ones. So the bigger baby pacis. And it hasn't broken yet thou i sometimes just for fun chew it. I brush teeth and clean paci or just eat xylitol with the paci in my mouth. It hasn't done anything to my teeth so far. Thou I don't use it every week even. Shouldn't do any harm if you don't use it 24/7.

I have grinded my teeth since I had teeth, supposedly lol. I use mine at night mostly and my jaw and teeth have felt so much better come morning. I have a smaller than average mouth for an adult, so I use 18-36 month size pacis during the day/while I'm awake and switch to baby-baby ones (6 months I think?) when I go to sleep. I brush my teeth before bed anyway, but I suppose that would help keep them clean.

It will help but I will say this, it can cause your teeth to reshape or remold themselves to the shape of how they are when the binkie is in your mouth if that makes sense.

It's less likely to reshape your teeth as an adult, but it may happen if you are overly consistent with vigorous sucking, the way braces work is they force your teeth constantly into a different position to change shape, so you could just hold the paci in your mouth instead of putting pressure against your teeth to avoid any shifting

Haven't grinded my teeth much before but I still highly recommend Adult pacis for overall oral health. I recommend Aww So Cute for a basic starter Adult paci, Onesies Down Under for variety in color/shape/design if you dont mind ordering from Australia (shipping was only a week for me in the USA.) You can also find others on Amazon and the like- but those are just my recommendations!

As a person who used to often grind their teeth, I can say that they do really help with that. I highly, highly recommend that you get an adult pacifier. The strange feeling you get in your mouth after using a pacifier meant for a child is because your teeth are slowly starting to shift. I have two adult paci's and I honestly love them more then my kid ones. They simply fit better in my mouth, and I feel more comfortable about them because I don't have to worry about sucking or taking them out early. Now, teeth are just a cosmetic thing (for the most part) so if you don't care then more power to you!

I know plenty of people use the children pacifiers because they are cheaper and easier to find then adult ones. So I have compiled a list of options for you and their pros and cons because I have nothing better to do with my Monday night  First on the list in the ones that you can find on amazon. They are typically the NUK brand, which is a very good brand to use. Now, they are the most expensive option ranging from 35-40 US dollars. Then again, you are buying from a respected brand. Next are the ones from Etsy, which is where I got one of mine. These ones tend to be brand less, and are cheaper at around 15-20 US dollars. You can also buy them in different colors and some shops offer customization packages. Lastly you can buy them from an ABDL sight, which is where I got my second one. These ones vary as to whether they have brand names. I can say, though, that I got mine from Onsie's Down Under in the color pink and I love it. They start at 20 US dollars, but I used a discount code and got it cheaper. I hope I helped!!
