For me it's usually snacks like goldfish, pretzels, tuna and cracks, pbj, something super easy but not horrific for me.

I have a few for sure!

 

Pasta or tonkatsu ramen (even the instant kind with black garlic oil). Both are great for big stress

Microwaved tater tots so they aren’t super crunchy! Salt, pepper, and bbq sauce… yummm~!

French fries from McDonald’s >.< sdlfjald

And last but not least, nutty bars <3

for me its sketter o's, strawberry milk and brat milk( have to take dairy aid thou, lactose intolerant) i like anything with tiny bites too like fish crackers. finger foods!
