My daddy doesn't know what to do

So my daddy and I are starting out. He's really into doing this with me but he's never done it before... I'm not sure what to do because he wants me to teach him... He's doing good with rules and punishments but nothing else.

 

It's long distance and I really don't know what to do! Typically to teach him it would be during play time but I can't

I would suggest that you both sit down and have an honest conversation about what you want from your relationship. Tell him what you want. Explain what you want to learn, and what you don't know and want to know more about too. You said you're both just starting out, so learn and explore together. Find out what your goals are, and don't make it about one of you educating the other. Learn and grow /together/.

 

Use this forum as a starting piece. Check out our resources section, and read a few articles that pertain to you both together. Find those lists of "Ways to be a Good Daddy", as silly as they seem, and go through them together. Have him tell you five he liked, and thinks he can do, and you can suggest to him a couple that you'd like to see. Find one about things to do when you're little too, and do the same thing. 

 

Long distance is never easy, but it's certainly not impossible. There are a lot of great resources out there to help you if you know where to look. Utilize this forum. It's got a lot of information on it. Good luck!

I made a tumblr and post DD/lg things to it and let my Daddy look at it. It helps because it puts him in Daddy mode and gives him ideas and images of what a DD/lg relationship is like and he gets to find out what I've been thinking about or looking at.
