Once upon a Little Time

Hi!

 

Here's a little Moment I lived. I wanted to share and maybe hear from you about moments in your life where someone knew about your Little side.

 

I've bee often surprised by people seing me as a Little even when I thought I was doing grown up things. One of the best example happened during a diner with some friends. My friends daughter (5 y.old) was not at the table anymore and she came back to see me. 

 

She asked me "Can you come play with me?"

 

I told her "I don't know. Maybe later"...

 

She came back a couple minutes later and asked my Fiancee : "Momo's Mommy? Can Momo come play with me now?"   ...  LoL ...

 

From the girl point of view, our dynamic was somehow clear.. She must be his Mommy and she's the one I needed to convince for Momo to come play with me. 

 

Even if I thought It was more secret than that, sometime kids knows more than we think they do. 

 

It was funny with my friends then.. they still talk about it. .....  and I got to go play with the girl instead of staying at the table !    (so less boring than a usual diner!)

Did someone ever saw the Little in you in a moment you tought you were not that Little?

I've had a few experiences like this while babysitting. I draw with chalk with them. We play games sometimes. A child and I even watched pokemon and sang the theme song together. I love it, It's like getting paid to hang out with my kind.

even my own children have realized Daddy is in charge. he's the one to ask permission and that I will always defer to him. but it's interesting how kids pick up on things that adults refuse to see because they don't want to
