BabyGirl32015 Posted September 4, 2016 Report Posted September 4, 2016 I've been wondering, where do most of you Little's go to get your "binkey fix"? Walmart? Fred Meyer? Other popular chain stores? I just have no idea where to look or how to keep it hidden from the people that I currently live with..... Any tips? Idead? I'm open for anything. *NOTE: I do not want to spend a ton of money, I'm just looking for something simple. 1
Guest Don Pablo Posted September 4, 2016 Report Posted September 4, 2016 as you said, you can get pacifiers from any store that sells them (pardon me im not from the us so no clue which store actually sells them there, tho they are intended to be used by babys/children = they are small) . if you want something that fits grown ups you'll most likely have to order it online (the common size for adults is nuk 5 - not 100 pc sure tho). if youre looking for *cute ones* check out https://pacifiersrus.com https://onesiesdownunder.com (first links that came into my mind) im p sure theres more sites to get them from tho. also, im not sure whats a ton of money for you so ordering online might be too expensive but, its worth it to get something that you will enjoy more and for a longer time : )
TimidLittlePupen Posted September 4, 2016 Report Posted September 4, 2016 I used to go to Walmart, and if I had it babies-r-us(they had really cutely designed ones), but after using it for several nights they would hurt my teeth(even the ones for 18-36 months). I suffer from PTSD and anxiety, and chewing on/sucking on something helps with my nerves/to call down during a flashback, so the pacies made me happy to use until they started hurting my teeth. My tissy convinced me to use some of my graduation money to get an adult one(mew can find them pretty cheep on ebay most of the time), and I was really glad she did because it fits so much better, and doesn't hurt my mouth at all. As for keeping it hidden, I personally have a cheep solid colored makeup bag that I keep mine in(both the old ones and the two adult ones I now own), I put a tube of tooth paste and an extra toothbrush and deodorant on top, that way even if some one happens to look in(what I call my travel bag) all they'll see is the stuff on top. If mew have a locking jewelry box(or any type of locking box that the paci/pacies could fit in), then mew could also use that and keep the key on mew at all time. Hope this was helpful. 1
15884_1655600399 Posted September 4, 2016 Report Posted September 4, 2016 i would definitely recommend getting an adult one, i think LittleforBig has the cheapest ones online at 8-9$ for one with free shipping

Lt.SassyRed Posted September 4, 2016 Report Posted September 4, 2016 I get mine at littleforbig also and then I decorate them myself so they are cute and what I want.
xbabygirlbx Posted September 4, 2016 Report Posted September 4, 2016 I've gotten them from Target, CVS, Walgreens, and my local super market. I've heard good things about Walmart as well, and I'm sure a baby-oriented store, like babies r us or buy buy baby etc. would have a decent selection. Hope this helped!
LoralieHaze Posted September 5, 2016 Report Posted September 5, 2016 If you have never used a pacifier as an adult, I would recommend starting with something inexpensive just to try it out. This is what I did and now that I know I enjoy them, I'm in the market for adult-sized ones. While we're on the subject, does anyone know any specific Amazon sellers that offer adult sized silicone pacis? If you would rather buy it in person than online, you will only be able to find baby and toddler sizes. Do not get the baby sizes. The largest ones that can be found in stores is the Nuk 18-36 months. I got mine from CVS, for $6.87, but the cheapest price I've found is $4.99 at Walmart, and they're also sold at Target and WalGreens. As far as keeping it a secret goes, I keep my pacis in a small pink plastic Hello Kitty box that originally came with a puzzle inside of it, and I keep the box in a drawer in my room. TLK's idea about a make up bag is great if you share a room or live with nosy people. Because I live with my mother, I only use my paci at certain times, like when I'm home alone or when she's asleep. 1
MisterMomo Posted September 5, 2016 Report Posted September 5, 2016 I just orderred a new pacifier from Littleforbig. Already had a Nuk 5 binkie so I'll tell you if there's a difference. The price was under 9$ (shipping to canada included). For something I can use everyday, it's not very expensive. Maybe it will be even better than my actual Binkie.
kittenminx Posted September 5, 2016 Report Posted September 5, 2016 I usually use the Nuk3's and smaller, dependant on how they fit. The other ones are usually too big for my mouth, but have been highly reccommended by some of my other little friends!! Just go with which feels best to be honest, you'll get to grips with it when you find a certain style you like. I just shop in supermarkets or baby shops xx
babymeegan Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 I get mine at littleforbig also and then I decorate them myself so they are cute and what I want. How big are the nipples on the littleforbig pacis? i wanna get one but im scared itll be too little
TinyMoonPrincess Posted November 5, 2017 Report Posted November 5, 2017 I have really sensitive teeth so the Little for big pacis are the only ones I use.
SweetAndSassy Posted July 18, 2018 Report Posted July 18, 2018 OMG! Thank you for this info! I am new to being little, and having a hard time finding a binky!
