stargirl Posted August 23, 2016 Report Posted August 23, 2016 On profiles. What kind of information do you try to gather or think should be explicitly stated on a little's profile? 2
Antoinette Posted August 23, 2016 Report Posted August 23, 2016 (edited) I'm not a daddy not am I a CG, but I do think a few things that would be nice for the person to know are: -What you are looking for (if it is just friendship, if you're not open to the possibility of a relationship). -If you are open to the possibility of a relationship I think it's important to state whether LTR, LDR, IRL. -Your hobbies are always nice to state, so they know if they have anything in common right off the bat.-I find pet peeves are always helpful to know. -How they feel about endearments is good! Some littles don't like them straight away, some don't mind. It's nice to state what stance you take. For profiles I just think it's important to try and assert your personality first and foremost, make sure people can really get an idea of who you are. I don't know - maybe I'm silly like that. I think you're dead on about asserting personality! I just to make sure I've covered all my bases (weird like that) I hadn't thought of pet peeves or terms of endearment. Thanks so much for your input! 2
A Cuddly Dom Posted August 23, 2016 Report Posted August 23, 2016 Breast size and IQ, mostly... I'm going to assume that was supposed to be a joke, Friedrich. (Shaking my head) Anyway, I think most people in general, CGs and other littles alike would want to know things about your general personality, favorite activities, hobbies, interests, favorite music and cartoons, etc. Also, including your little age might be helpful, generally, you would just want others to come away with some idea of who you are as a perso. If you are looking for a relationship, include some details of what kind of relationship you're interested in. I hope this was helpful. 2

stargirl Posted August 23, 2016 Author Report Posted August 23, 2016 (edited) I wasn't joking about the IQ. IQ's aren't accurate representations of intelligence. And it seems immodest to advertise my IQ, let alone bra size (which, I know, you were joking about). Edited August 23, 2016 by stargirl 3
annemarie Posted August 23, 2016 Report Posted August 23, 2016 i tend to look for friendship and see if they both speak the same way i do and if they like the same things i do. i prefer filled out profiles to empty ones. empty ones are kind of creepy to me for some reason. 1

And it seems immodest to advertise my IQ, let alone bra size (which, in know, you were joking about). I was thinking the same thing. I would find it off putting if someone was advertising their IQ or their annual income. Those are the kind of things you learn about by talking with a person and getting to know them. Sure, its great having a partner that is your intellectual equal, but at the end of the day, personality, mannerisms, shared interests, and the ability to communicate with one another openly is what makes a relationship stand the test of time. Just my two cents. 1

Ringdancer Posted August 23, 2016 Report Posted August 23, 2016 I think the biggest thing I look for is a sense of who the person is. Can I see their personality in the things they choose to share? When I see a blank profile I get the impression that the user is either terribly private/shy or too lazy to even try to engage with others. 1
