Hello. I think that you are overreacting since its too soon to think at such things. Its very possible that he lost his phone, or perhaps is broken. Perhaps any of his relatives/friends is at the hospital. So, we have two options:

 

1. He will back to talk you very soon, which is very possible (and with some apologies, at least!)

 

2. He is a sociopath idiot. Sometimes happen. Some people are just unstable bastards that gain someone trust and later just dissapear. Is stupid and insane but thats how their minds think. Some day they awake and suddenly they feel fear about trust, love, compromise, relationships...and they just need to run and dissapear,

 

See...if this happen isnt your fault. NEVER bully yourself. You never been a plaything and you didnt nothing bad. Nothing. 

 

Please, wait some days before think the worst. And if he really is gone please tell us. There are many littles here that will be happy to talk with you about it because they had the same issue.
