So...Daddy and I are in a partially LDR. We have a set of rules and punishments to go with them; an agreement made between us was I could do the punishment myself and send Daddy a picture of the completed punishment, or he would do them when he gets home. He has been away 4 months, and is due home in a week.

The rules were honestly really simple

  • Brush teeth daily
  • Eat at least one meal a day
  • Pick up room daily
  • Make bed
  • 1 hour of 'little' time a day; coloring
  • Go to park once a week if nice enough
  • In bed by midnight, phone off by 1
  • No sweets after middleweight
  • No swearing

The only rule I did not break with brushing teeth.

Our current punishments are spankings with and without implements, soap, occasional lines.

I am trying to find some different punishments that Daddy can use when he gets home as my infractions are much too large to be covered only by a spanking (and we do it all over body).

We have decided that due to some mental conditions Sweets and Stuffies will not be taken away, we do our best to avoid lines as it physically hurts me, and early bed time is not an option on days that I work. We aren't sure about using corner time as I have a major fear of abandonment, it has been discussed that I would be walked over to a corner rather then told to go and that Daddy won't leave the area. Forced orgasms is not an option due to medical, and we refuse denial since Daddy is the only person to give me orgasms.

Could we get some help coming up with some different punishments?

If writing lines is physically detrimental you can try a webpage if typing doesn't exacerbate the condition. Also while "corner time " might be hard "journal time " not in corner on hard chair with journal you may read and write but not get out the chair for amount of time. You can do extra chores like cleaning/scrubbing bathroom top to bottom or cleaning out the fridge. These are just some ideas

Thank you :)

I'll bring up those ideas to Daddy.

We have discussed typing lines with him watching...but I cuted my way out of it the 1 time he was gonna do it.

Time restrictions on Daddy contact work well as punishments, though should be used only as last resort since they suck but are effective.

Thanks for the idea, but that is actually a limit for me. ☺

Well punishment that includes less contact with your daddy I personally feel is negligence.

A daddy should never resort to that or even think about it.

Here are some other ideas as far as non-sexual punishments goes.

- Sitting/kneeling down on the floor for a period of time.

- Cutting down on your favorite tv-shows/cartoons.

- Restriction on electronic devices or internet for a period of time.

- Stern talking-to/lecturing from your daddy.

- Spicy food (eating hot pepper), or other food types you may be less fond of.

- Washing mouth with soap.

- Cold shower.

Best of luck to you both!

Writing assignments (like "research" or something) and apology letters are good and can be done by hand or on a computer. I don't like time out because I feel abandoned as well, but the way Daddy does it is wherever He'll be (usually His desk) He sits me in the corner directly behind Him, He always keeps me close and He doesn't leave. Maybe making you stay silent (unless spoken to) for x amount of time, making you sit/stand next to him with your hands above your head, or standing on your tippy toes. If you two are into it: no big kid potty for x amount of time. Or maybe making you embarrass yourself if you two do stuff like that (ex. Making you pee on the floor and then clean it up). Taking away social media, etc. for x amount of time. Cold showers work wonders for me (I can't stand being even a little cold) or even making me hold an ice cube on my tongue without moving it. If you swear, maybe making you pinch your tongue with your fingers or clamps... My Daddy and I are creative so I have tons of punishment ideas lol

Wow! I would love any ideas you two are willing to share!

Some alternative punishments I have given out in the past includes:

Making the little kneel next to there Daddy, facing away and not allowed to talk to him unless answering a question that he has asked.  An alternative is to kneel on dry rice.

Having a jar of buttons and making the little sort them out into different colours, or even move them out of one jar and into another one at a time

Getting two pencils and 2 elastic bands (rubber band).  you would put one elastic band on one side and then position the pencils, so that one is on top and the other one is underneath you nipple.  You will then put on the other elastic band on the other end, and it will put a lot of pressure on your nipple.  Just like a clamp, but it won't bite in.  Repeat on the other nipple.

Do extra chores around the house

When they needed the toilet, they had to stand above it without touching the toilet seat.

Another alternative of the toilet seat punishment, is to make them pee in the bath/shower.

I go to university and I struggle with staying up late past my bedtime and missing my morning classes, so last week when I was late I had to go to the bathroom and take of my panties and not wear them for the rest of the day. I was wearing leggings so I couldn't flash anyone and no one could really tell, but not wearing them for hooouuurs while in classes (I had to stay back late that day for an assignment too) was so embarrassing!

Another day I was late and I couldn't have coffee, since good girls need to know how important a proper sleep schedule is ;;3;;

I don't get punishments often coz I'm usually pretty good and Daddy isn't super duper strict (we're long distance so it's hard), but when he does give punishments they're super creative and very appropriate for the bad behaviour ^^;

I just thought of a new punishment this morning that i kinda like, and plan to try out soon.

My little dosent like wearing panties, which is fine, which is great. So i told her a little bit ago, that if she is too naughty im going to make her wear a pair of big, full coverage oversized granny panties all day.

She didnt like that idea.

A school age little would have to do their times tables or buy some cheap math books at the store and have them do addition subtraction etc etc. It's a good punishment especially if they hate math.

This is a horribly good idea. I hate panties. I don't know why they were made, so uncomfy. I will add this to my punishment list that I am creating to go over with my future CG or dada, whenever I met him.

I'm the opposite. I have problems with rashes from jeans/pants. I wear boyshorts to help prevent the problem, so taking away panties (the reverse) would be more severe then just a bit of embarrassment

These are some of the cruel? punishments I had given out.

1. Math problems, make a list of math questions and have the little solve them.

2. Use a pen/pencil/pen cap to measure the floor.

3. Read the whole periodic table out loud.

4. Use a pencil to turn a blank piece of white paper black.....and then use eraser to get it back to as close to original condition as possible

5. Use a tablespoon to fill a jug with water

6. Mixture of different colored glass that little has to separate into same colored piles (might be fun for some.....depending on the size of the glass)

You are definitely evil

I think punishments should fit the crime. Why are you not eating 1 meal a day? I don't believe punishing you is or will help with this. If your rules are meant to help you, the punishments should reinforce that as well. For example, eating too many sweets,  then no sweets next time and a healthy helping of vegetables instead. Maybe you need to take a look at your rules as well.

I honestly tend to forget to eat for days at a time, I just get busy. I'm also a recovered anorexic, so for me getting punished for not eating is to discourage skipping meals so I don't slip back. It's just breaking a bad habit.

I only mentioned it because negative reinforcement doesn't tend to better anxiety disorders. But I'm happy if you found a method that works for you  :)

This is a really good list. You have things that are easy to do, but very tedious. This requires concentration to accomplish which can easily snap the little out of his/her attitude. Once they want the task to be over (and over NOW) they will stop huffing and focus on the punishment.

But I agree that your punishments should definitely fit the "crime." So based off of your rules these would be my recommendations (without knowing you personally);

  • Eat at least one meal a day - Prep 6 mini meals (and snacks) per day that you have to eat and do this for three days for every day you missed your meals. It can be something as simple as a cup of cheerios for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and a piece of chicken for dinner, etc. But you need to follow proper nutritional facts (based off of your health and needs) and meet them for three days. The proper prep work is a hassle and would be a sufficient punishment. As well as having to eat prepped food and nothing "new" or eat out or anything.
  •
  • Pick up room daily - For every day you do not pick up the room, you have to deep scrub your room and another room in the house. Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, under bed, refolding all clothes, organized items, etc. And then pick your least favorite room to clean and have to clean that as well as your bedroom. Like you could have to scrub the bathroom or clean the kitchen, etc.
  •
  • Make bed - Every day you don't make the bed you have to strip your bed of everything, down to the mattress, pillowcases off, etc and then remark it from the start.
  •
  • 1 hour of 'little' time a day; coloring - I will be honest I'm not sure its the best to punish if you cannot have 'little' time a day. But if it is what you prefer, I would say that if you didn't do it, then you have to color a page out of an icky coloring book. Buy a super cheap coloring book that you don't like and for every hour missed it is 1-2 pages to be colored out of the unfun coloring book.
  •
  • Go to park once a week if nice enough - I think the punishment would depend on the intention of park time. If it is for exercise, then you have to do a regiment at home that isn't as fun as walking through the park. Like jumping jacks, planks, sit ups, etc. If it is to enjoy the fresh air, I would say you have to get up an extra hour early in the morning and sit on your porch (or other safe place) for three days per every week missed.
  •
  • In bed by midnight, phone off by 1 - If bedtime is missed then you are not permitted phone time when in bed for two days per day missed. In bed by midnight and off phone by midnight.
  •
  • No sweets after middleweight - I'm not sure what middleweight is, however, for each time you have sweets past middleweight, that equals no sweets for a week.
  •
  • No swearing - Depending on your dynamic, this one can be the most effective. At least it would be for me. Every word you say that is considered swearing is a 10 minutes you cannot say a word. No words, no whining, no whimpering, no noises at all. Severe bad words can be more time. For me (as an example); Hell = 10min, Sh** = 15min and Fu** = 30min. And so on.

Hopefully this may help! Good luck! I find it is a good idea that when you make rules you make equal punishments for each and every rule. But that is just my opinion. :)

Haha, I'm sorry! But I would still keep it along the same, no sweets for a couple days or so.
