Hello!!

So im kind of in a pickle... I haven't been able to go into little space since I came home from University in April, and even before that, the stress of finals was hindering it as well. Now though, I share a bedroom with my sister, and haven't had the time nor privacy to just peruse the forum or color or just be little. I'm really starting to feel a lot of anxiety lately, and little space has always been a great Escape and relief. now I fear for how awful I feel all the time, and that I have to wait until right before bed after work and everything to actually have just a minute to even write this.

 

I'm sorry, that was a lot of venting... but I've just been having a very rough time. if anyone could offer any advice I would be so so so grateful! :)

How to un-pickle..

Sit or stand up straight, shoulders back but relaxed, eyes closed..

Breathe in slowly, deeply for 4 count, hold for 4, & exhale slowly for 4, hold for 4.. repeat 3 more times.

Then go color, go play or relax, sleep. Hope that helps.

@Lolitadaddy thank you for the advice! I will be trying it this afternoon after work, hopefully I can can find a moment to just relax like you said. :) Edited by Breabean
