I do I love cheese! But it's mostly white cheeses... Like Swiss, Baby Swiss((the swisses are my favorites!)) Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan. Cheddar and American are good too but I have to have them with something, like Grilled Cheese sandwiches. But those seven cheese are great!!!
