I thought this would be a good idea to post and have a reference for everyone to go to.  When you list a site, write down if it's nsfw or not. Like if they carry sex toys, and write down if they are also for ageplay.

Kittens Play Pen is Pet play themed, but it's also DDlg friendly. It's a lovely site, the people who run it are amazing.

Daddy and I were wondering where we could find little/kawaii themed clothes.. anyone have any suggestions for us? I have yet to buy from kittens playpen but I LOVE their stuff, esp the collars. I can't wait to get a custom collar someday ❤

Local malls might have some kawaii clothes, I'd suggest that you look at accessories that'll match your clothes. :3  I'm not sure about little clothes, and I'm not sure for real brands. I search second hand shop for my clothes, I don't dress little, I'm starting to get into kawaii. You also could look for clothes that are maybe Nymphet styled? :3

Bodyline has some pretty cute clothes for littles (it's a Japanese fashion brand), and you can get a good discount with a site error (search Bodyline Yen Trick).

:3 Bodyline is a wonderful site. <3 It has Lolita clothes. (Which is a fashion in Japan!) :3 I like lolita, but it doesn't really put me in little space.

BDSM Geek is a pretty cool guy so I definitely support his shop. I'm still waiting on buying rope and a gag from him. The doggy bone gag has my heart.<3

I really want there heart shaped gag! it's so cute. >W<; I want a heart in my mouth.

There was a store called Pinkly Ever After that had adorable fairy kei clothes that could've been worn by littles. They recently shut down but look~

Oh and guys, when you look for little space stuff don't worry, not everything needs to be super cutesy and pastel ish. Not everyone likes that stuff.

Hot Topic has a surprising amount of good stuff - I bought my babyphant a kitty hoodie for Christmas, they have lots of Disney and Pokemon merch in big sizes.

There is one out in Vancouver. 

Shipping is an option.

It's not really a Ddlg themed shop, but I also would say Dasio if you have one close to you.

 

I can't think of any sites that sell cute/kawaii things.
