Feeling Progress



This new year I felt ready to seriously take my meal planning to the next level. My trainer is amazing to help me focus on different numbers such as macro nutrients so that I can understand what my NEEDS look like for me. This keeps me on track to make better choices and having goals I can succeed in. I seriously think I have been struggling with blood sugar levels. ๐Ÿค”ย Already I'm feeling much better because of this change!
