Omega 3 Fatty acids š Look at that beaut.
I have permanent heart issues because of my eating disorder , and I have to make sure that I try to intake Omega fatty acids for my heart. Normally I would say eat fish , but Iām vegan. So I tend to lean towards avocados. Avocados are high in potassium and low in salt. Because of this they are recognized for their ability to lower blood pressure and protect against heart attack and stroke.
