Make a protein or fruit packed breakfast ?

Feeling proud for getting up and doing the extra work that breakfast usually is ?

Make some cute night before breakfasts ? 

Pre pack a nutritional lunch or two that saved you time ?

Make a new healthy recipe for dinner ?

Swap out some of your normal ingredients for some healthier options ?

Try to list ingredients in the photo description used in your breakfasts and why you feel it is healthy for you and your lifestyle.

For example , I am vegan so using an egg substitute and adding extra spinach to still get my protein and nutrients in would be sharing why it’s healthy for ~my~ lifestyle. A person who isn’t vegan might prefer lean turkey bacon with egg whites. There are omnivores , herbivores , and carnivores here and all should be treated respectfully.
